1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lo89 ("lo89", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the lo89 platform available at lo89.app, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and account features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the lo89 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision contained herein, you must cease using the lo89 platform immediately.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Use of the lo89 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. lo89 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

You must confirm that you:

• Are accessing lo89 voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.
• Are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any such person associated with lo89 or any of its affiliate companies or game providers.
• Have not previously had an account closed or suspended by lo89 for breach of these Terms or any related policy.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of the lo89 platform, including placing wagers, making deposits and withdrawals, and claiming bonuses, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one active account at any time.

During registration you must provide:

• A valid mobile number that is registered in your name and will serve as your primary login identifier and withdrawal contact.
• A secure password of sufficient complexity. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accurate personal information including your full legal name and date of birth, which must match any KYC documents submitted for verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

lo89 supports a range of Bangladesh-native payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). lo89 does not charge a platform fee on any deposit or withdrawal transaction; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which lo89 accepts no responsibility.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method limits set by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other providers will apply.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. lo89 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your lo89 wallet within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions.
• lo89 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to confirm the source of funds for any deposit, particularly in relation to AML compliance obligations.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• lo89 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal where it is necessary to conduct identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention checks, or where the account balance includes funds subject to active wagering requirements.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements for that bonus have been fully met.

lo89 processes all withdrawals in good faith and makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely payment. lo89 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or force majeure events beyond lo89's reasonable control.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

lo89 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions as communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms applicable to any bonus before claiming it.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for immediate withdrawal. They must be converted to real-money funds through wagering activity before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements specify the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds (or a combination of bonus and deposit funds) before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly at the point of offer.
• lo89 reserves the right to void and remove bonus funds and any associated winnings from an account where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has attempted to abuse or circumvent the bonus system, including through arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear requirements with minimal risk, or by using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the validity period stated at the time of issue will expire automatically and will be removed from the player's account without notice.
• lo89 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring existing claims already in progress.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

lo89 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. All games offered on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, operate with physical dealing equipment under video supervision. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lo89 platform.

Prohibited activities include:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by lo89, including tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share information during live games, or otherwise influence the result of any wager in a manner not sanctioned by the game rules.

• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law. lo89 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Registering or operating an account using false, fabricated, or another person's identity. lo89 requires all players to provide genuine personal information and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time.

lo89's determination of a breach of this section is final. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, lo89 reserves the right to close the account, void all associated bets and winnings, and withhold any remaining balance pending full investigation. lo89 may also refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

7. Responsible Gaming

lo89 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its duty of care towards players seriously. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available within account settings and take effect promptly upon request.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, a limit may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: players may configure time reminders that alert them after a set period of continuous play, helping to prevent unintended extended gaming sessions.
• Cooling-off period: a player may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which the account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lo89 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the overall arrangement and presentation of such content, is the property of lo89 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without the express written permission of lo89.

Game titles, graphics, and software made available through lo89 remain the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). lo89 holds applicable licences to offer these games to players but does not claim ownership of the underlying game content.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Suspension and Termination

lo89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice where lo89 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following apply.

Grounds for account action include:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms or any other applicable lo89 policy.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during their use of the platform.
• lo89 is required by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or a competent authority's direction to suspend or close the account.
• lo89 suspects that the account is being used to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, lo89 may withhold the remaining balance pending investigation. Where the breach is confirmed and involves fraudulent activity or abuse of the bonus system, lo89 may forfeit the balance entirely. Where the account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verifiable real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

lo89 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to lo89's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through lo89's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent lo89 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
